Soyak Konforia, which is located in the Northern Bahçeşehir region of Istanbul. The stage project consists of a total of 373 apartments in 3 blocks.
The project is the first stage of the Konforia housing project, which is planned to reach 5.000 houses in total. Tekyol Plus, as the main contractor, undertook the lump sum turnkey construction.
Soyak Konforia, ranging from 56m2 to 193m2 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 type apartments are located. The project also includes sports areas, children's play areas, walking paths, recreation areas, and social facilities and parking.
